Car Toys Aurora Colorado review: Radio install

I had a radio installed with my current system was supposed to install a harness for my radio controls to work on my steering wheel instead they hard wired my radio. Didn't even tyne the stereo head unit in to the system. I get a free backup camera, and satellite radio. Didn't tell me it cost to have those components installed. Instead they called me and ask me if I'd like to have my headlights restored. Then I ask the clerk what's the bill paid it then he comes back an tells me I owe an extra $30.00. I am thinking what the hell is this. I have never in my life seen anything like this in my life. Stick it to the customer once and never get anymore business and a very poor workmanship and pride in there work practices...
