My vehicle was towed to the Repair Facility at the end of May. Parts (transmission) from American Autoshield (or their designated rep) were sent to the repair facility, which promptly installed it. Transmission would not shift out of 1st Gear! Repair Facility attempted reprogramming the computer 3 times (once using a GM rep) and sent documentation to vendor (Precision Auto) who supplied the transmission & American Autoshield.
Fast forward... This is August 2022 and I still do not have my vehicle!
Repair facility and I have requested a replacement transmission or allow the repair facility to use their own, to no avail.

Desired outcome: I would like claims to allow the repair facility to use their equipment & Autoshield pay the bill which is a few hundred dollars more......I've been waiting for my vehicle for some time (3 mo).
