I sent in a request for change of ownership on April 14 and still have not received official documents or a new pink slip. I feel this company maybe a scam. I sent in my pink slip to them they may come to get my car.

The transfer couldn't have been easier to do. Everything was well explained on the paperwork and when I had a question I emailed them and got a response right away. Would definitely use their service again if needed.

Car Registration was thorough and the staff was well informed. During COVID times, it was great to bypass having to attempt to actually go to the DMV. Now, we just need to talk you guys into make Real ID's possible without going into the dreaded DMV offices.

Efficient, accurate, fast, offers different shipping and digital services for me to chose. It was secure and I felt confident using it. Everything came quickly and was accurate. Saved my bacon on a late registration just before a road trip and prevented a ticket as I had my proof of payment and updated registration with me.

These folks are polite, accurate, responsive, in short, nothing like dealing with the DMV. They processed my dinghy request for new "21" tags and let me know the CA DMV had yet to complete the name change I requested months before. The name change took from July till October. I'm glad DMV has outsourced some of their work, they need to.

Super easy process. They helped me register my motorcycle and get my new pink slip through the mail. Definitely recommend their services to anyone who's interested in registering a vehicle online. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Used their service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not by any fault of their own, the title transfer was delayed/held back by the DMV. I reached out to them for their assistance sorting it out as all DMV's were closed and not taking appointments. Was throughly impressed with their service dealing with this matter.Their follow though was second to none. They stayed on top of it and got it all sorted out. Got my new title today. All those involved should be acknowledged for their hard work! _Hint hint Mr. Gregory S President :)_

They say it's a "convenience" using their system, but they charge you to use it. It cost an additional $7.00. Then on top of that they wanted to charge you for mail service. Your options are $2.00 which wouldn't guarantee it's arrival it says on their web site and could take up 2 weeks to arrive, or you can pay $14.00 to get certified mail and with in 2 business days, and finally $17.00 for same day. The most upsetting thing is when I got the envelope in the mail, it clearly says they paid $0.50 cents to mail it even though they charged me $2.00. If it wasn't for covid-19, I much rather have used the automated system inside the DMV. I get my tags right then and there with in seconds and they don't charge any stupid "convenience fees".

This company uses SEO to be the top result when I was looking for the DMV and charges unreasonably high service fees that feel predatory when this service is provided by the DMV online.

I wanted to buy my tags for a car I just got and they sent me last years tags and it was in the previous owner name. I took to the Dmv and they said it was not valid. So I informed them and they said it was valid I asked for a refund

Company represented as the legitimate DMV site to pay tags when searched for *** DMV. Charged an absurd amount to process and then additional charge to mail the tags out. I did not know that was not the actual DMV site that routed me to a payment service until after it was processed and my spouse told me there shouldn't have been extra fees. Very upset.

Order #*** I received a confirmation of payment Mar 23, 5:36 PM and have emailed twice including proof of insurance (5/1 & 6/29) and left a voicemail (6/29) to follow-up on the status of my tags and I have not received a response. My tags expired in April and I have not been able to drive since then due to the delay. I understand they are COVID-19 related but a status update would be appreciated. I don't know what else to do at this point.

Car registration '.com' represents itself as the true DMV registration site by utilizing SEO to push their results above those of the DMV. This created a shady situation that caused confusion in my household over how to do a simple procedure such as register a car. This cost an additional $40.84 over the standard DMV rate and provided no extra benefits. Do not use this company, they are a greedy for profit that has complicated what was formerly a simple procedure by exploiting how search engines work.

This site uses search engine optimization to buy ads that appear when users search for "dmv car registration" and other terms, and then charges exorbitant prices to perform a "service" that can be completed in fewer steps on the official DMV website. It dupes people who click on their Ad words "California DMV Registration" into providing information about their renewal, and then charges them an addition $53.54 in fees for something that they can do in fewer steps, and for free at https://dmv.ca.gov. I thought that I had clicked on the official DMV site (I had searched for "California DMV"), and that it just had a new more complicated user interface. I didn't realize that it wasn't the official site until I received the receipt.

I submitted a request and scanned paperwork online for a transfer of title for vehicle registration to Car Registration, Inc on March 20th and paid for their services and DMV fees on that same date via credit card. I mailed my original title and forms requested by them via USPS and they confirmed receipt and indicated that orders would be processed same business day. I was then informed that an additional fee and one more form were required. Since then, I have sent form REG 262 as requested, as well as emailed and called them on March 24th, March 30th, March 31st, April 3rd, and April 6th of 2020. Understandably, they are busy due to COVID-19, but I have not received a response or callback other than emails and generated responses indicating I would receive a callback in 1-2 days, and emails stating that my transaction would be processed the next business day. They are not answering their phone or responding to voicemails. I have to date not received registration paperwork for my vehicle, and have not been informed that they completed the title transfer and mailed my original paperwork to the CA DMV. USPS tracking shows they are in possession of all of my original paperwork as of April 4th.

I wanted to renew my vehicle registration and thought I was dealing with the DMV. my registration expired on 4/24, so on 4/21 I went online to DMV to pay my fees. Car registration,Incto;d me they were licensed by DMV. THey verified the amount of my renewal which was the same as my renewal notice. Then said I could get express delivery for $2.99 so I acepted thisoffer. I then went online to DMV and then paid with my MASTERCARD. My bank showed on 4/22 it payed DMV. A month went by and no tags. I emailed CarRegistry,Inc telling them about this. The phone number i was givcen in the beginning had a recording saying I must email them, so I did.I got an email back saying they have a new phone number I can call. their email also said that the person paying for tags is different from the registered owner so they nput that type of problem aside and deal with when they can. You must understand that my tags expired 4/24 so I am driving an unregistered vehicle worring about getting a ticket if stopped by police. we emailed each other a couple of times and they told me they wanted proof of my right to have my Mastercard and proof of my idendity. As I am the sole owner of this vehicle since5-2019. I paid cash for it and paid all the fees to have it registered in my name only. And in April got the renewal for registration mailed to my home,and I am the only one that lives here. My husband passes 22 years ago. The next thing I noticed is that on the couple of emails from them it said my license plate number as a reference, except it wasnt my license plate number. The last digit was one number off. I notified them of this and they replied back thanks for bringing that to their attention. then also said within 3 days togive them all my personal info or they were closing the case and refunding my money. I explained to them that will mean I will have pay the maximum amount in late fees. It now had been expired for 3 months. they said that I must have filled out the info for payment listing the wrong license number. I dont think this is possible because the vin number I gave wouldnt allow the license plate to entered wrong. So they said I must have paid to register someone elses vehicle. they didnt want to explain anything and refunded my money. I went online to register my car and sure enough dmv wants all the late fees and they wont let me register for renewal online. I am an elderly woman and this has been quite upsetting to me. I dont think I am respsonsible for all the late fees. They had my money for 3 months making it late so I think they should have to pay this. I dont know why they dragged their feet so much unless they thought after 3 months the money was theirs. Please help me from having to pay late fees , I am on Social Security which is a fixed income and I cant afford to pay late fees. Thank You
