They are scammers.

I changed my mind about registering with them and asked for a refund of my initial payment.

After several requests over several weeks for a refund I was contacted by a so called financial adviser, who said he would help me to get my money out but said I would have to open a bit coin account as that the only way.

He then said he would help directly by connecting to my computer.

He when through the process of opening bitcoin account saying to add some money to activate it then said it would need a lot more put in to enable him to deposit the money from them he wanted me to put $125000

At this point I stopped dealing with him as I had only deposited $95000 to COMPANY NAME in the first place.

I have sent them 23 emails, with no reply, due to my 2nd upgrade still "confirming" for weeks and withdrawal "pending" for 2 weeks. The "CEO" is asking for $21,000,000 investment payments. What the hell? Like we would trust them with more of our hard earned money. I have been paid out several times by them previously, but it all stopped in December 2023, like a rug pull. They say they will start paying out again starting around January 5, 2024. I'll believe it when I see it. They are probably bankrupt from their law suit, which I am sure they deserve. I know MANY attorneys. I was thinking we all get together for a Class Action suit for all SCAMMED U.S. users. I definitely wanted to, if I didn't see my pending withdrawals or a FULL REFUND of my money to me. Meanwhile I employed G for involving his expertise in winning me a financial settlement after consulting with them.

I wanted to share a personal experience that I recently had with a questionable investment company. It was a close call, and I hope that by to the diligent efforts of ( Trad ereport. org ) I eventually received my funds back. It was a huge relief and a weight off my shoulders. I couldn't be more grateful for their support and expertise throughout the process.

As per personal manager i opted for trade and later I asked for withdrawal the amount, he was rude and cut the call. Later i complaint through mail and personal manager called me and asked to share cancelled cheque and I did as per his instructions and now I see withdrawal status as declined. And now perosnal manager is also not responding me in telegram since 6th of March-24 and no other option also to connect with Capitalix team. Please help me in getting my amount back.

stop wasting your time and money investing with them , they keep on asking me for more fee before making a withdraw which i did still same issue i cant still make a withdraw but luckily for me i was able to get back all my lost funds from the account with the guide and help of nick jover4 at gm com, he was able to guide me through the process to get it out from the account ..

I have been lured into investing $12k over a period of time starting Aug 23, in Capitalix through CFD instruments with high leverages (1:10 to 1:50) which means it was of high risk/reward. There was initially high profits and thereby giving good confidence in me. However I could not withdraw my capital since the personal manager was adamant in keeping positions and not letting me think of withdrawal. Later during early November, he asked me to take positions in Brent crude and WTI crude. However these went into huge losses and to cover the loss, I was lured into adding more capital. When the positions somewhat recovered, I was forced to take positions in other instruments like Nasdaq, e-mini index and silver. These also incurred in losses and finally on 16 Nov early morning all these positions were automatically closed by the system, which wiped off my entire capital. Now I don't know what to do and the company is not responding to my requests.

Please provide any possible help with this matter.

1. I was dealing with Mr Ahmed and we had an agreement that I will be allowed to withdraw the money on 23rd october 2023. I informed him that I have to withdraw the money at any cost on that particular date and he assured me that he will calculate my profits and close the account in order to withdraw the money. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do so. And suddenly he disappeared and never contacted me again.

2. Since then Mr Abu khalid started to deal with me. I explained to him my situation in order to withdraw the money. He told me that I have to DEPOSIT some amount in order to withdraw the FUNDS and he assured me that I will be able to withdraw the following day. I confirmed with him IF I have to DEPOSIT more and he said NO NEED TO DO SO. LIKE WISE Mr AHMED HE ALSO SAID THAT HE WILL CALCULATE the AMOUNT THAT I AM OBLIGED TO AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. I deposited the amount that was asked but unfortunately again I couldn't withdraw the money. AND AGAIN HE ALSO DISAPPEARED AND NEVER CONTACTED ME AGAIN. THEN THE THIRD PERSON CONTACTED ME WHICH MR ABU TAMIM AND AGAIN I DEPOSITED A LOT OF MONEY UNTIL 30th October 2023 and STILL COULDN'T WITHDRAW THE MONEY.

3. ON FRIDAY, 26TH OF OCTOBER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AND WAS TOLD AGAIN TO DEPOSIT ONE LAST TIME IN ORDER TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT AGAIN I COULDN'T WITHDRAW THE MONEY.

4. ON WEDNESDAY 1st NOV 2023 DEPOSITED 9000 DOLLARS TO WITHDRAW THE MONEY AND I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT. BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT DELAYING THE PROCESS OF WITHDRAWAL, I COULDNT WITHDRAW THE FUNDS.

NOW THEY ARE MAKING THE EXCUSE THAT IF I DONT DEPOSIT MORE THEN I WILL LOOSE ALL MY MONEY.

I have invested around 27000 dollars but I am not able to withdraw both the investment and the profit. They promised me that I will be able to withdraw the full amount on 23rd october 2023. But suddenly those two guys disappears and all my trades are closed. Another guy calls me and informed me that in order to withdraw the money I have to invest more money for recovery. I told him that I have already made investments as I was told and I was promised that I can withdraw all the amount. I also asked him to let the other two guys who were dealing with me to contact me but no response. I am really worried now if these people are stealing my investments as well as the profits.

I have been trying to withdraw my money from Capitalix stock trading company since last few weeks. This is my first withdrawal. No one seems to be responding. There is no response to my calls or messages. This is frustrating. They have appointed someone as a personal manager he is not responding at all. He calls only when he feels like and says something and keeps the phone. I am worried whether these people have stolen my money. I am thinking of filing a legal action.

I have invested $7600 and i have made some good profit as well. Ryan was my advisory and he always put pressure to transfer more and more money into CapitalIX. Last night he has asked me to put my money into Palladium and when it went to negative they have closed all my trades. I have lost all my money. It is Ryan who has put pressure and asked me to invest. I need my money back. Is there be any way?

I have read one article then it shows read more about that. I had click on that it want mobile number, then I added my contact number. After some time one person call me from Capitalix and said click on mail link I have sended which is good platform for trading and its AI trading. So I clicked on Link and done the all procedure and deposit 200$ (INR 17-18 thousands).

After that I had received one another call she said I am your senior account manager. She asked me all the my account details and all. She call me again nd again with different numbers. That time I thought its start of fraud with me.

So then I was call to her so not reachable. But I had send msg through telegram Which is mentioned ijn capitalix application. So she said ok it will refunded. Its in process.

But on capitalix app side its rejected my withdrow application.

I have send my account details for withdrown also.

I have send mail also for redund but no response from capitalix side.

Please file complaint nd help me to refund my money

I invested my money $10,000 with capitalix on 22/06/2023, I made around $1347 profit so total is $11,147.

Before yesterday I had in my balance account $6,150 and the rest was in open positions, I made 2 withdrawal requests ($3,400 and $2,750) and till now I didn’t get approval for it. Also I tried to close my open positions because I want to take all my money back but the system is not allowing me to close it saying “assets funds are not available“, and they are collecting every day around 2% from my open positions amount under “swaps” fees.
