Capital Gold Group Gold IRA
CEO Jonathan Rose uses hard pressure sales tactics to talk people into agreeing to do a 401k Rollover to precious metals. One they agree, he takes a 30% commission without the customer being aware. He encourages a "long-term" hold so people won't know they've been had. He even claims when they check their balance it's not really their balance. PLEASE do not give your money to Jonathan Rose of Capital Gold Group

Where is my coin?
I sent Capital Gold Group a check for $1732, which they deposited, promising to send a gold coin within 28 days, which would be two weeks ago. They have not sent the coin so far, and will not answer the phone.

Warning: Do not purchase any precious investment metals (Gold and Silver) at a website that does not list their prices up front and on it. We are seniors who were overcharged approximately $65, 000 dollars based on the market value of Gold and Silver around February 2012 by Capital Gold Group. In addition, we lost $20, 0000 for early withdrawn fees from our Sun Life 401K, 1/3 of million dollars was taken out and handed it over to who we thought were a trustworthy business. So, we lost approximately $85, 000 in total of our hard-earned retirement money dealing with Capital Gold Group’s unscrupulous commissioned salesmen. I will file a consumer compliant with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General Office in Central District of California (Woodland Hills and Northern Divisions). The consumer must stand up and fight unethical business practices with pride and courage of Davis against Goliath, to recover money and reasons of principle. Note: APMEX.com is a good starting website location to gain knowledge of the current purchasing prices of precious investment metals (Gold and Silver). APMEX.com lists the prices of all the precious investment metals (Gold and Silver) they sell and buy. We wished to God that their website would have known to us before we came across Capital Gold Group. We damn and curse Capital Gold Group--and they reap what sowed---their business will have little repeat business and bad word of mouth that will cost them thousands and thousands of dollars of lost business. They have ripped off many other consumers, we found it out in our research.
