Canadian Experts review: Unqualified and unreliable service

Dear Madam or Sir,

I have contacted with Canadian Experts consulting firm on instagram. We had phone conversation, firm’s stuff asked questions for immigration assessment, then he asked me to do payment to proceed on immigration process. I told him that I have already searched the process, I did assessment by myself before and I came to know that I need an employer from Canada which could send me work invitation for any proper position in their company. He said his consultance company could support me to find some compatible employers from Canada, then I did payment (09.01.22 - 399 USD). But after payment, they started not to reply my questions on whats up, then I sent mails to them, again they did not reply my questions. I also want them to have meeting on zoom or Skype but they did not accept it. They just wanted to reply me on phone call. Additionally I ask them to inform me about possible cost for further steps in immigration process, but they did not accept to give any detail in written. They just sent me some mails which includes repeating and vague replies. Namely, the company never consented to support me and reply my questions from any environment which could be legally binding for them.

Besides, the company immediately sent an immigration assessment report (10.01.22) which I felt that it was prepared from a template report, they just place my name on it. I had same information on the report by myself during my search for immigration on the internet. Consequently, I was not satisfied with their service and I don’t trust them for further steps in immigration. Thus, I asked them to do repayment but they did not accept it. I kindly ask you to guide me how can I get this company done my repayment. The amount I paid to the firm is nearly half of my salary, and I could not waste it.
