On May 3, 2024 I listed our Thousand Trails membership for sale with Campground Membership Outlet. On July 7,2025 they called us saying they had an offer. We accepted. Thousand Trails then sent us a letter showing the membership had been transferred on July 24,2025. Since that time I have contacted Campground Membership numerous times by phone and emails and gotten the following replies - the refund is in the works, we had a change in personnel or please confirm your mailing address. All I want is my money of $1500.

Claimed loss: $1500.00

Desired outcome: For Campground Membership Outlet to pay me.
