Campground Membership Outlet review: Sale of thousand trails membership

I paid the $275 for the membership outlet to sell my membership in 2023. One year later I checked in with Melissa who said she had some possibilities. I came down on the price and she presented a buyer. We signed the transfer paperwork and never received the $2000 we were due. When she stopped answering emails and I couldn't get through on the phone I called Thousand Trails to see if it had indeed transferred. It had. I still have not received any money. Her last message stated it was in "accounting".
