This company is a scam, do not do business with them. Campground membership outlet sold our Thousand Trails membership October 4, 2024 and according to the signed contract we have they are to pay us $1800.00. I have called them several times but they don't answer so i left messages. No one has returned my calls and we have not been paid. It seems pretty apparent that they are a scam.
We have a signed contract with campground membership outlet dated April 25, 2024 stating they will pay us $1800 when they sell our membership. They sold our membership October 4, 2024 and have not paid us per our contract.
On October10, 2024 according to a letter we recieved from thousand Trails our membership was transfered.
