Caltex Summerfields Jukskei Park review: Poor customer service, vulgar language

My husband, daughter and I went to Caltex summerfields in Northriding to get our tire patched, when we got there at 17:30 on the 13/06/2023

Some guy came to assist us then suddenly disappeared, when my husband went inside to go buy some food items from the garage, when he came back the attendant guy was still not back, so when my husband went to go look for him he had gone to assist other people, my husband asked him why he had left us as we were the first customers there before any other cars were there, he said khanyi molefe a colleague came to shout at him because there were more customers arriving and told him to stop attending to us, we asked are we not customers that need to be attended to, she proceeded to say Caltex rules state that you can leave a customer standing there endlessly and attend to another one because filling up and patching tires is a side hustle for the garage,

We asked if it’s fair for us to be waiting for that long with our child in the car even though we got there first before other cars started coming through, because they got busy, no answer for that and she couldn’t care less instead

She continued to give my husband and myself attitude telling us that we can go and do what we want as she doesn’t [censored]en care and I asked her to repeat herself she said very loudly and boldly next to other customers, colleagues and her supervisor that she doesn’t [censored]en care.

This is appalling customer service and behavior, there was no apology or remorse from her side and she was still screaming and hurling insults as we were leaving, we could hear her from the room that the supervisor had taken her too.

We ended leaving there at 18:12

if this is the type of staff that you keep you are still going to lose a lot of business and patronage because of ungrateful, untrained workers such as KHANYI MOLEFE!

She told me straight to my face when I said she should be grateful for a job that she still doesn’t care)!
