Spoke with the mechanic & he recognized my vehicle as one of the Recalls for Emissions Modification. Legally can't sell a car even if you are the Lender (turns out there is no lender) I did some research since then and it says that he is a Predatory Lender. Not quite sure what it means.

The truck is stolen from right in front of my Hotel room where I was I'll with Covid,19, pneumonia & SARS.

I stayed there because we had lost our condo due to Landlord scared not to sell during Pandemic.
