Complained about new overnight parking ban in community spaces in April, BINGOI just got 10/20 Eviction Notice claim that claims Az room built 22 years ago was just "discovered" and is a Health and Safety hazard (probably one of the 10 nicest AZ rooms in the park). Totally bogus, have all the prior owner approvals, building permits, certified engineering drawings.

Claimed loss: $100,000 Trespass of Chattel

Desired outcome: 10 years free rent, apology, reversal of policy
