This is a few incidents out of several. Cafe Zupa is very sad place to eat at
11/2/2022 I Ordered lunch for my granddaughter and myself and what a total disaster.
My granddaughter's soup was half full and taste like water and my soup had 0 chicken in it and also taste like water. How PATHETIC can Cafe Zupa be? Not hard to make soup and the fact you refused a refund makes this 3rd world lowdown greedy business the worst... never again and I will spread this message and keep people away from this GARAGE place. Can't even get decent soup from a place that specialized in making soup
ALSO, Kayla the catering manager hung up on me and my daughter as we called in today 11/18 about the food quality. As expected, I was upset, and she did not hear my concerns. She cared too much about her feelings rather than accepting the feedback and preventing this issue form further happening. 11/18 Two chicken noodle soups were OIL WATER, and the Wisconsin cauliflower soup was half full as if it had been tampered with. Very poor service and poor food quality. We will never order from here again! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING KAYLA THE CATERING MANAGER
Desired outcome: I wanted Kayla the catering manager you understand my complaint, so this won't happen in the future. She FAILED 100% then hung up on us like a coward and that is not how a manager is supposed to act unbelievable
