Caesars Slots review: Customer service

Been here 7 years. Use to be a fun site but things have changed over the last year and customer service is 1 of the main reasons why I have left this site. Had a few issues with not getting what I paid for and won in prize pet. 750 billion gone, I sent in screenshots and explained what happened. Every time 1 of them email you back its always sorry to hear your having bad luck, its not about bad luck its about fixing the issue. Had about 5 issues during my time here and not 1 was ever corrected they find a way to flip it and say it was your fault or so on. I did spend alot of cash on this site. But if you piss the so called customer support off with messages or emails they will mess with your account. After I complained and sent messages and screen shots for a few days they just ignored me and waited til the event ended, then I never won again, went through 20 trillion coins on just 2 slots. Never ever in 7 years did I see that bs. So they lost a very loyal player. The new site im on customer service is top of the line. So overall my opinion on this site is never start spending cash, just play for free because this site will never take care of you if something goes wrong, they just acted like im a 60 year old thief and that is what made me leave. All I wanted was what I earned and paid for.
