today Oct 5th 2021, while shopping at Dollarama in Pierrefonds, I noticed a customer did NOT have a mask on, I was quite taken back by this so I told him he needs to wear a mask, its the law - he swore at me and told me to mind my own business.
I continued to search for the items I needed and went to the cash to pay for me things, the man was ahead of me in line and started to harass me again, accusing me of being a touch guy etc...
I was advised by the staff that this particular person has been coming in for over 1 year REFUSING to wear a mask, and that he has been **aggressive and disrespectful towards the staff and customers**, they advised me that they have expressed their concerns to "head office" who has done nothing to resolve the situation.
This person is rude to people and possibly unpredictable, I hope that head office doesn't wait until something serious happens at this location before they act on this matter.
Dollarama needs to stand behind the law, their staff and most importantly THEIR CUSTOMERS!
this situation needs to be resolved or I will be forced to shop at another location.
