After buying a pair of your black high-waisted tie waist linen shorts about 2 weeks ago, I put them on for the second time and the butt of the pants ripped in multiple areas. I went to the Windsor store where I bought them and informed a female employee about my situation. She told me that the reason they ripped was my fault, that I was much too big for the size (which I am not). She continued the entire encounter being extremely rude, short, and continuously insulting me. As a loyal customer of 10 years I was baffled by this experience and honestly so disappointed that I consider ever returning again. The employee commented multiple times that my body was no meant for the shorts. She also was incredibly rude to the other cashiers as they took me instead of making me again in line for her while there were other tills open. I am very saddened by this experience and I hope you can sit down with this employee so this doesn't happen to again other young girl.
