Ordered a papasan chair and cushion in March. STILL haven't received it. Website said the products were estimated back in stock in May and June. Well, it's 6 months later in October, and I've received no notifications about this— no apology, no email or phone call, no offer for compensation— no nothing. Should I expect my product to ever be delivered? Extremely shocking and disappointing that a company would operate this way. Just unacceptable. Clearly I'm not the only one this has happened to— will not be shopping here again unless I receive compensation for this or SOME minimal degree of professionalism in response.
Desired outcome: Don't advertise products that will be be out of stock for 6mo. Call or email to inform if won't be in stock and offer a discount + free shipping if product will be delivered later than the estimated delivery date.
