Last Thursday and today Wednesday extra large Gray Ridge Eggs were not delivered so could not get 60 Scene points.
I spoke to man who handles the eggs and apologetically was told the eggs were not delivered and to come back on Saturday. Offer will expire by then!
I called Freshco Customer Service and was told to contact Store Manager!
Why advertise a Scene offer and yo
u do not have the goods in store?
It concerns me companies publicise offers but then do not have goods in store.
Desired outcome: Ability to claim Scene points on 18 ex large eggs.
FreshCo - Manager was rude during my product return attempt
Yesterday 21 Feb 2023 when I went to return export yogurt store manager was very rude I can’t take this type of behaviour as a customer she don’t know how to talk with customers better you guys teach people how to talk with customers her name is vasanthi,if you need more information please contact me I hope is helpful and you to improve customer service. store location is 1255 McCowan Road Scarborough Ontario I will raise this issue on social media also to help for other customers.
There is no officialy words from management what's investigation they did and what's results of my complain
