The Beer Store

Hi my name is Cathy and I am so angry right now... I went to the above store about and hour ago to return bottles and forgot my recycling bin that I use to store and keep these bottles. I work right by the beer store and thought I could pick it up tomorrow on my lunch so I called the store. When the guy answered and I told him I left it there and would pick up tomorrow and it said it would be thrown outside and if it's there tomorrow, it's there if not it won't be. How rude! I said so you won't hold it for me and he said no we don't have room for that. Seriously, it's Tuesday night and there is the extra room for returns and lot's of room for my pick up tomorrow. He could have just left it under one of the roller conveyors (as there is lots of room) and if I did not show tomorrow then maybe get rid of it. Tuesday is a quiet night and I am sure with all the room I saw it should have not been a problem. This employee should be spoken to about his rude telephone manner. Not impressed.,...
