called in order 12:53 pm

est. delivery 1:45 pm

followed on app got to cooking after numerus checks

came down to kitchen for a drink 2:10 pm app at that time still cooking

front door left open, food sitting on porch no knock or anything

brought in luke warm sandwich cooled down chicken linguine

really don`t know when it was actually delivered app showed cooking

kind of sneaky move on delivery driver

still as I`m writing this app still shows cooking ..never got to on the way or delivered

think twice before another delivery.

I have always been a fan of eastside mario's... And i'm not a complainer... But dec 31 2019 I had the worst meal ever there. I ordered pene with bolognese sauce and meatballs. The pasta was hard... Was no meat in sauce and the meatballs were like rubber. It tasted just like a frozen dinner that wasn't cooked enough... I couldn't even eat it. Mentioned to server who responded "sorry.. We are really busy today.. Pushing food out fast" huh? As I said.. I don't like complaining so I let it be...

Scared to go back and waste money again...
