Shoppers Drug Mart

On October 15, 2019 I bought Kelosoft Scar Cream from the shoppers drug mart located near Alta Vista Towers. A day later I found that it has been expired for 4 months! The exp was 06/2019, I didn't check the exp. date while shopping. It seems SDM doesn't have a customer complaint website? Didn't figure out how to make a complaint to them. Didn't have time to go back to that store recently, I don't live in Alta Vista, that day I took the bus to go shopping at Walmart, on my way back I missed the nearest bus stop so I went to Alta Vista Towers and saw a shoppers drug mart. Then I bought something from that SDM. That issue is I've opened the seal of the cream and applied some of it to the acne on my face! So I don't satisfy their return policy. You should always check exp. date everytime you go shopping, just don't make the same mistake as me.
