The pharmacy refused to issue my prescriptions in refills so I was forced to buy a years supply of my prescriptions.
Not only is this dangerous (e.g what if my prescription changes, the pills expire, or god forbid my pets get into my prescriptions), but it used up all of my disposable income as i was not planning on buying 12 months worth of pills.
Not only was I forced to pay for them all at once, but this location did not even have most of the pills in stock. I got 10 and now they say they "owe" me. What other retail store gets to have me pay in advance and then "owe" me for the product. It makes absolutely no sense. It is unsafe and unfair to the customer.
If your locations are snubbing peoples HEALTHCARE because they are too busy to care about giving out the wrong medications, or to take two seconds to enter prescriptions correctly so that you have a years worth of refills instead of having to pay a year upfront, then i am happy to find literally any other brand of pharmacy who will actually give a [censored] about my healthcare (which is what i am doing, because this is more of a "last straw" than a first mistake).
Not to mention the lovely 45 min wait for them to pick up a receipt and scan it for a refund. They literally instructed me to sit and wait and never called me back over. I went over after 45 mins to see what was going on, as I was now late for another appointment, and they all rushed around looking for the receipt they forgot about. No less than 6 other walkins came and went while i sat there, and I ordered my prescriptions the day before, so technically at this point I had been waiting about 29 hours for my prescriptions.
The employees here do not care about anything other than their next break, which is despicable when you are dealing with other peoples wellbeing.
