Pro Oil Change

This company is a rip off.. I bought a Groupon for regular oil change. Took my car in for service, people there mentioned that air filter is bad too so I ask her to change it. They didn't tell me the price for it ($36), Canadian Tire sells the air filter for $11 which can easily be replaced by anyone. She also told me that my passenger's side turn signal bulb is not working either and she can replace it. When I got the bill, it was $94. I asked her why was it soo high, she said they replace 3 different bulbs including headlight bulb, which I never authorized. I called the headoffice of the company to file a complaint and left a detailed message with my contact information etc. But it's been 3 weeks and no reply yet. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company. You can get the same work done by any mechanic for much cheaper cost.
