Yesterday, being sunday jan. 26, I was being cashed out by an elderly woman, named rose I believe and it was around 12pm, cash 5. Firstly, this woman was incredibly slow which is understandable, however the most unethical part about this is that she was constantly mumbling under her breath. I was ignoring it all, however I heard her mumbling rude comments towards the other cashier and I found it incredibly disrespectful, especially since the other cashier was just doing her job, minding her own business, and most importantly cashing out the other customers quickly. She was a teenage girl and this cashier was an elderly woman. I have been cashed out by this same cashier before as well, and for some reason she thought I would not be able to hear her call me "annoying" for returning flowers. I let that pass, but now I am furious and although this location is closing, I would like someone to talk to her about this because this is not good customer service, and i'm sure she's bullying the other cashiers with her attitude.
