Shoppers Drug Mart

I went to the shoppers located at 2266 major mackenzie dr to accompany my husband to get his first dose of the covid 19. Gabrielle, the pharmacy assistant went throu all the questions when the pharmacist had already helped us and others who where lined up with the basic questions taking a long time before my husband could get to his covid shot. She addressed my husband with an attitude and asking where he was from. When my husband was done with the shot we waited the 15 min and then I told her he was done with his waiting time. She made us wait just to give her the paper printed with the time while she was there at the back. I think this is no way to treat people like this. She is customer service and a representative of shoppers drug mart and has to learn to have the proper manners to work with people, if she is overwhelmed with the customer position then she doesn't belong there. At the very least that woman should treat people with the respect and dignity that everyone deserves.
