Liquor Control Board of Ontario [LCBO] - Children's handling alcohol in store

I was at LCOB store located at: Major Mackenzie & Jane
2943 Major Mackenzie Drive
Unit 1
Maple
L6A1C6

Total lack of management at this store, I did witness kids picking up alcohol, one kid placing in father (?) shopping carts, at check out cashier reward one kid with a beer company hat at check out for being a good boy.
Outrageous behavior
I had a good mind to call police...!
Shocking conduct by LCBO staff.

Check out line up is chaos, staff made one none line which is fine, no one knew thee line started or ended, no direction.

Customer service cashier said, LCBO no longer accept Air Mails card below $30.00, told me as customer we no longer accent Air Miles below $30.00 at LCBO as only " QUATER POINT FOR MY PURCHASE". When did this happen?

Question where is manager of this store?
