Liquor Control Board of Ontario [LCBO] - Poor attitude

LCBO in Lansdowne, ont has a very rude manager, he is always very short with customers, not pleasant at all. He gets upset at anything and yells at customers. This has been going on for awhile and I am sick of it and always hope he isnt working the day I go in. Not sure if anyone else has complained but maybe have a little chat with him, if he doesn't like his job maybe he should try another career where he doesn't have to deal with the public, Thank you for looking into this, I am not sure his name but I believe he is the manager.

Desired outcome: Have a word with him, thanks
