I purchased many items from this shop yesterday and when I checked the items at home the jacket was missing and when I went to shop again today to get the jacket they told me to wait for 30mins and after that they told me that in the camera surveillance they had kept the jacket in my bag and they saw that they billed me twice for the shoes that I purchased and they will refund the money that they charged me twice and when I asked about the jacket they told me to purchase jacket from my own money while I had already paid for it. It is really disappointing.
Desired outcome: Will I get the jacket or the money that I paid for ?
It was a terrible experience while purchasing in the urban planet store near me.
