We bought a brand new 2023 Grand River destination from CampMart Kanata in September they delievered it on the last day of park being open, already winterized apparently. 
Fast forward to opening this year, leak in the bedroom, water filtration canister exploded while their tech was there to look at water damage from leak in bedroom, water from one end of living room to kitchen, 
Water coming up thru the floor/stairs at loft. 
They are refusing to exchange the trailer, saying the frozen pipes are our fault, no record of them winterizing it, their technician drained the antifreeze on opening day this spring we have it on recording him stating he drained the antifreeze. 
I have contacted Candice at Corporate (Legal Assistant) she apparently took it to the board to see if we could do a VIN exchange for a new trailer, they apparently refused. I have stated right now I just want the water piping fixed so we can actually use the trailer and in the fall they can tow it back and fix the soft flooring in the bedroom, kitchen/Living area and get rid of ALL the moisture in the floors (we have taken reading most spots are already 20+% some are at 40%)
Now they want to tow it back to shop look at it, told us it would be a minimum of a month to get the parts in, and they have no idea how long it will actually take them to fix it, 
We haven’t even used it as a RV as it should be we have had to use our neighbors facilities (Ie bathroom, shower, sink etc) and already paid our seasonal site obviously. My daughter has mental health issues and that is the main reason we have a trailer is for her escape and now she is also suffering even more mentally
