I went to get myself some lunch it was around 12:30 pm. There was a girl that was wearing a black subway shirt who made my sub, she made my sub really well but at the end she rang my sub through while she was still wearing her gloves. She played with the money then turned around and started making another sub without changing her gloves or washing her hands. On top of it every time I go in there the owner I believe his name is sunny is always rude and short with me. I want my sub made a certain way I have worked in customer service and I was always told the customer is always right. The tables are always dirty and when you do sit down you can tell they were wiped down with a dirty rag just by the smell. When i go back I expect to see all of them wearing hair nets like you are supposed to while working with food they do Tim Horton's while making coffee why can't they wear them while making your food that place is starting to go down hill fast. I'm not to sure I will be going there ever again during the day the managers and the owner are not sanitary and not very pleasant. The manager especially needs to learn how to smile and not be so rude. As far as I'm concerned that subway needs to be either closed down or it needs new owners!

Toads Tool is correct. Gloves are no more sanitary than hands.
"I was always told the customer is always right"
ugh, everytime I hear that it makes me cringe.
After many years in retail, I have grown to realize that the customers who go into every store with that attitude have probably never worked in retail, and therefore don't have the slightest clue how ridiculous it makes the seem.
Anyway, gloves give us a false sense of protection. As if wearing the gloves makes their hands invincible to all germs. WHen they touch the lids to the sub toppings, they are contracting germs. WHen they handle the sauce bottles, they are contracting germs. She shouldn't have handled the cash with the gloves, but it probably isn't much worse than what she already touched prior to that.
