2023 - Fees increase every year on May 1st, but they decided to send invoices with the new amount for renewals before the increase date.
No one in customer service can/will help. Keep getting told different stories by different people. Could take 3-4 days, could take 7-10. Now they say up to 17 days to escalate.
Last year (2022), they double booked me for an exam, despite their assurances that is impossible. Took two months to resolve, and only got a credit on my account. Took another 3 weeks to actually apply the credit to my license renewal. Afterward, I received an invoice saying my account was delinquent, as the old invoice for the 2nd exam was never deleted. Took another month to resolve.
Completely unprofessional staff, once they are flustered and proven wrong, you are put on hold, then the call "disconnects."
Desired outcome: 1. My invoice price adjusted.2. Apology for wasting my time.3. Assurances this will not happen again. (yeah, right!)
