The Beer Store

Hello my name is osmay and I had a situation in one of yours branches... (Albion and finch beer store) me and my wife make the line with two carts of empty's she place hers first on the belt and I wait until she was being taking care of then I unloaded my cart.. at that time my wife has to go out and I told the teller that we are husband and wife and I'll take her money that we were together and she was very rude and inconsiderate;refused to cash me out and wanted me go outside and call my wife again or Go outside and make the line again I ask her why she was acting like that that it was obvious that we are together while another female worker came pick my emptys and place it back in the cart and bring it outside back to the line... I felt very shocked and disrespectful from them I never did the lone and came back home with my empty's not good...
