I went into the LCBO at Lloyd Manor Plaza - S0234 (M9B 2R2) on Saturday August 23, 2020 at 2:30pm. I approached a staff member to ask where a product was done. She turned to talk to me and was not wearing a mask but tucked under her chin. I brought to her attention that wearing a mask is mandatory and she should wear it like all her colleagues were.
She went off on a rant, for everyone to hear, that she cant and won't wear a mask because she cant breath, etc., etc. I promptly left her, got my wine, and went to the cash register. You could see that the other employees were not happy about her conduct but said nothing.
I will bring this to the attention of the Manager when he is in but if an employee has an issue with wearing a mask then they should go to Human Resources. Don't put the rest of us in harms way because you have an issue that all of us have to deal with. Grow up!

Masks are mandatory for all staff, but under certain exceptions, a mask does not have to be worn. Such as a medical issue etc.
Unless this was approved my management, this staff member could simply be ignoring a by-law.
