The Beer Store

I was in your store at 2020 applebee burlington ontario today at 1:00pm and had one of your employees that was clearly having a bad day get very confrontational. I was waiting at the cash to pay for my case of beer when he came stomping out of the back clearly inconvenienced by the customers in your store. He started pounding out my order on the touch screen and very curtly said cash or credit! I didn't quite understand what he said as he wasn't looking at me when he said it, I then asked him to repeat it and he did again with a very angry tone. I then asked him what his issue was? Why was he being so rude. He replied "it's bad in here today" I said ok don't take it out on your customers. I paid he then told me to get out. I paid for my beer and was leaving, I said just because your having a bad day don't ruin everyone else's. He then told me angrily to "get the [censored] out" there were several customers in the store he was screaming at the top of his lungs. He then came out of the store told me again "to go [censored] myself and don't come back. This is the same employee that I could hear smashing bottles in returns. The associate was around 5.7 sandy brown hair maybe in his mid thirties. I expect someone to call me back and let me know this has been addressed. You should not have associates like this representing the beer store. I assume you have camera's if so you will be able to see him telling me" to [censored] off " while giving me the finger in front of the store of around 10 or 12 customers.
