Visions Electronics - Delivery of a purchased T.V

Let me start by saying it would be nice to get some kind of response from someone at Visions or Customer Service or any one period.I ordered my T.V online (W106228940) Brampton store on Dec 20th and today is Jan 9th and still has not been delivered. That was 21 days ago for you information and I hope someone will take a moment to help us resolve this issue?. We are a retired couple on a limited budget and this was huge expenditure for us to help pass the time on the lockdown.  Paddy O'Brien (contact via email at [protected]@gmail.com)

Desired outcome: T.V Delivered or replacement and some form of compensation for the 21 delay and counting.

Visions Electronics - tv

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your branch 9145 Airport Road Brampton on May 18, 2019. I was visited there for to buy Sharp 50" UHD 120 AquoMotion smart LED TV.

I initially talked to one of the sales representatives and clearly said I want Sharp 50 Inch TV because I saw that TV is in promotion on your website. She treated well and explained about the product and I confirmed that I need that same only and confirmed my order. When I moved in to the counter one of another staff guided that on the same price, I will get Hisense 50 UHD 120 smart TV which has good resolution compared to Sharp TV. Later he introduced as he is the supervisor and from his name plate I confirmed that his name is Fernandes S. As per his suggestion I changed my decision and said I can go with Hisense and confirmed my order and paid the bill in the counter. At that time, they forced me to take extended warranty and I said no need any extended warranty because it is charging 100$ extra. They forced many times to take the warranty and I feel it as not in a professional way. I feel a rude approach after from that their side. Immediately they said they don't have stock for that. Hisense TV. With out checking stock they made the bill and I feel it is not in a professional way. So, I requested if they have stock in some of other branches check and deliver at my home address because I paid the bill. Immediately supervisor said for that I need to pay 50$ extra as delivery charge. I resisted because I said I came all the way and spent around 1 hr in the store, and they are not valuing their customer. Finally I said I can go with Sharp TV which is also in same price and I visited for that same model .Immediately they said that is also out of stock if I can go with 57 inch Hisense TV they have stock and for that I need to pay extra because its rate was high. I said I don't want that much bigger TV and I reminded that its their fault without checking stock they confirmed two orders of different models. I am sure that I resisted to take extended warranty that is the reason they not delivered the order after the payment. And behaved very rude in talk and not at all in a polite manner. Finally, I said I will go for complaint against this and demanded my money back. Supervisor said to me go ahead with your complaint in a rude tone from his words what I felt that they don't have issues if some one complaining about their store and services.

I am most annoyed and wasted a morning. I trust this is not the way that Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. I am not receiving any feedback after I complained to the company by email
