I am looking for information on how to collect surrender certificate. The application status shows ' Ready for Pick up". I checked in person with them and called them several times but they do not want to tell you how you can collect. They only try to sale their paid service which is $60 per person. I already paid for surrender certificate and now they want me to pay more money.

They only give surrender certificate to 10 people every day and for that they have separate queue. the other queues for enquiry/appointment and paid services they attend more than 500 person per day. I think their ratio to all services should be equal everyday. every person who is making application is collecting the document.

They do not want to disclose their process and their hidden agenda to make more money.

Please help. There are more than thousand people suffering like me.
