East Side Mario's

We arrived at 5:15 pm ordered chicken tettrazini with salad and chicken wings and fries. The salad came with no dressing or peppers, or asked if we wanted Parmigiano on it. It was also served in a hot bowl. Made several requests for dressing and bread. Which did not come till the end of the meal. The chicken wings came with no dipping sauce (blue cheese) for the carrots and Celery. Asked for but not received. Asked for take out trays because this whole experience took an hour and a half. We did not eat our meals as we were still waiting for parts of our meals to arrive. Took another 15 minutes to get take out trays and our bill. We won't be back.

My family of 4 ate at your alliston location last week. As we were all very excited to eat there as it was are favourite restaurant to eat at as a family. Service was slow waitress forgot many things throughout the meal with no care it seemed. Food was not good, as it usually is great. 2 of us took home the buy one take one home meals. Both were very little pasta and looked terrible old and very unappetizing. And after heating and trying to eat both of them we had to throw both out. Are bill came to around $100. Just want to make you aware of this unfortunate meal, as east sides was are favourite restaurant to eat at it's going to be hard to go back after that experience
