Tim Hortons

I am writing to complain about the location on herring cove road in Halifax NS. This location consistantly makes errors in orders. Today they charged me for 2 farmers wraps and forgot the hash brown. Then we were told initially they wouldn't remake them, despite us being charged. Then when they did re make them they once again didn't put on a hash brown.
This has happened to myself and many many others at this location. I am baffled at how completely unable the staff are at accurately completing offers. I don't believe I will be returning to this location again despite it being 2 minutes walking from my work because of the gross incompetence. I would rather go out of my way to deal with more competent staff who don't mess up my order every other time I'm in.
