Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador, A1N 5J5, Today, Feb. 11 at approx 12.30pm I was shopping at this center and and afterwards decided to get some air in one of my tires. The air hose wasn't working, so I went into the area and asked if the hose was working.. Without hesitation he said.. you shouldn't be in this area. Well, I simply said to him.. that if the air was working, I certainly would not have had to come in and tell him this. He should have said.. Sorry about that but let's see what the problem is and afterwards when the problem was given attention, he then could have said... We are concerned about the safety of non employees in our working area, so if you have any need to have something resolved.. there is a service desk inside the building where you may go and they will help you. HIs attitude and bluntness was unacceptable that was due to his ignorance. I am sure that Canadian Tire has properly trained their people as to the importance of their demeanor when dealing with the Public, especially those who shop there all the time.
