Canadian Tire

I would like to make a complaint about the store selling me the wrong car battery and which costed me 236 dollars and the store will not refund or even issue a credit note to me.

I have taken pics of the battery compared to the one which was in my car. Canadian tire Battery didn't fit my car. I would like a refund or credit note please.

At the point of sale I did ask the sales agent if the battery was refundable as it did look big and the agent said yes I could refund.

I paid 236 including tax and the battery from Mercedes was for 250. It is common sense I would not risk so much money if the battery was non refundable.

I was sold and given wrong information by Canadian tire. Please rectify this and I can send the pics if needed. Please pics of the battery.

Please this is a big amount for me I would appreciate some sort of cooperation. I hope this can be resolved and I can experience some customer service.

Brought my car to this location in Aug 29. After paying $1, 053.94 for repair and parts installation, something went wrong, headlight failed. I brought it back today Sept 19. I was told its a "burned fuse" so they replaced it. I havent left the premises and again the problem persisted. My theory is they installed a defective daytime running light module or they didnt do it right.
