Asked for light ice and was charged an extra 60 cents for light ice this has never happened at any other starbucks so why did this happen?
This happened on july 27/23 at 7:24am
So I am very upset because instead of just adding a little more water they add more lemonade so now my drink is very sour all it tastes like is lemonade not a green tea lemonade. Please fix this so it doesn't happen to any one else what a waste of my hard earned money as a student every dollar counts.

Desired outcome: would like their policy to be posted at Starbucks to let the consumer know.and I want a refund please it was a venti green tea lemonade.
