Over 3 months ago I had signed up for the install of 2 tanks for my rv. When I signed up they had a promotion for $600 of free propane that I never did receive and I had informed them that it would be going to a motorhome to run my appliances and generator. I had multiple visits from them as sfrwr they had cracked my line to my regulator I was told that I needed to replace it before they would finish the install. During this time they had realized that my second tank that feeds the generator was liquid propane. After I had ordered and replaced the parts once contacting them again multiple times before I reached someone I was informed that it was never their policy to install to generators and they would not do it. I have been charged over $1000 in install costs, paid for the rental of w tanks one of which was never installed, and paid for a service that was never provided as it was never installed along with paying t9 repair rhe damage that was incurred by their technicians l
Desired outcome: Abolish all fees and costs incurred as the service was never provided.
