Canadian Tire

On February 2, 2021 at Canadian tire in Lloydminster Alberta. I was looking for an employee to help me with service. An older male employee with a grey beard I believe his name is Rod or Rob was very rude. The employee was was yelling at two younger employees telling them that they were going to get fired for not working fast enough I believe. Behavior which is unacceptable and doesn't show leadership nor does it look well for your company. Never mind he was short and rude with me while I asked a question about car batteries. I've usually always have good customer service at this location and was severely disappointed and left to go get a car battery
