Real Canadian Superstore

there are 2 entrances and only 1 is open leaving 1/2 the parking lot useless and empty dread going shopping at the store for this one simple reason it is the country hills location in Calgary. I would go more often if both entrances were open now I only go to shop at your store if I absolutely have to. Covid is over open the doors back up like the rest of the planet.

Went to the superstore in Country Village in Calgary to fill my prescription last month. I was given a partial dose of my antipsychotic and told I could pick up the rest later. I got a call on November 20th saying it was ready but I don't usually pick up meds until I need them so I left them until I ran out and needed a refill. I went to pick up my meds today for the pharmacy assistant to tell me they were already picked up on on the 27th. I spent half an hour arguing with her and trying to figure out what happens to my meds when she finally says she knows what happened. Apparently they expected me to pick them up by the 27th and when I didn't instead of calling me like any rational pharmacy would they put the medication I already paid for back in stock. I had to wait another 15 minutes for her to see if they had enough of my meds in stock to give me my refill then when it was done she told me it was my fault for not picking it up earlier. I have had Walmart hold my prescriptions for over a month and call me instead of assuming I didn't want medication I had already paid over $50 for. Your pharmacy has lost my business.
