C-date / Interdate review: Wrongly billed

I never signed up to their service but they are insistent that I have an account

They sent a debt collecting agent to collect charges, I refused and demanded to contact their client since they don't respond to my emails. They agent tried to catch me out and sent a record with someone named 'David.' (it's not my name)

They have escalated it to take potential legal action, I have responded to their representative company refusing to pay
