Bysiek CPA, PLLC review: Lacerte

I have been a Lacerte customer for 14 years. Last year, I purchased the full module for filing Exempt returns. At least, that was what was represented to me. Come to find out, I was being billed New York State rep charges for EVERY SINGLE RETURN. The sales rep who sold me the unlimited package most certainly represented the product I was purchasing in such a way that no additional rep charges would be levied. The customer service I received was very poor, amounting to "there's nothing I can do." This, despite the acknowledgment of the error on Lacerte's end.
As a long time customer, I am very disappointed in this service. I demand full refund of all rep charges incurred on the filing of NYS returns for tax year 2019.
