ZTP Ginseng Birdnest Pte Ltd Rude Manager

In February 21, my friend and I went to ZTP Ginseng Birdnest shop in IMM during 2:31pm to purchase some items. We took some items and then went to the counter to make payment. When it’s our turn to make payment, the cashier, who is the manager, did not ask if we have VIP card. ( There was once a staff in the store told me that I do not need to show my VIP card as she recognize that I’m a regular customer. She said I’ll need to spend above $10 and I can enjoy the discount.) The staff, was sitting beside the counter at that time. After we made payment, we found that the cashier, manager, did not give us a discount. Then, we ask the manager, “ why didn’t you gave us a discount.” “ It’s your fault for not taking the VIP card out, it’s none of my business’’, the manager replied us with a rude and unreasonable attitude. As a manager, should he ask politely to the customer if they have member card? He don’t even know the basic courtesy and customer service, do he have the rights to be a manager? With such an attitude, I won’t ever step in into that store anymore

ZTP Ginseng Birdnest Pte Ltd Staff with bad attitude

I was at the ZTP Ginseng Birdnest Pte Ltd @ Jalan Membina this evening to buy some chinese balm. This item used to be S2.20 (the last time I bought it was in last month), then I found out that the price has been increased to S2.30, so I asked the staff, "huh? increased price already. Last time used to be S2.20. Can give discount as I am buying so many (at least 10 items)?" One of the staff inside was so rude and answered me, "Last time? Last time police used to wear short pant." It was so sarcastic. I was so angry and wondering how come people with this attitude can work as a saleperson. I am the one to pay you, but not getting money from you. I think may be she has spotted a few million TOTO recently, so the attitude is that sucks...

Can't Singapore is going towards good services and quality in everything nowadays? Government has spent so much money to promote this campaign through advertisements in TV, newspapers, etc, saying go for Singapore OK, GEMS (Go for Extra Mile Service). But, peoples in this service industry are still behave the same. What for?

Anyway, the balm medicine is not solely sold in the ZTP Ginseng Birdnest Pte Ltd. I will never step into any ZTP Ginsend Birdnest store again to buy any thing. Why do I need to pay money and make myself angry. I am not that 犯賤!

Well, I have started to wonder if they have hire the wrong people into their company... I am sure there are some others who face the same problem too. =(
