Worksman Cycles Customer Service

I spent over $400.00 on a bike from this company and it arrived damaged. It had been improperly packaged and one of the headset bearing cups was bent. In addition, some of the hardware needed to assemble the bike was missing. I contacted the company and asked them to send me the repair parts. When the parts arrived, they had sent the right hardware but the wrong bearing cup. I called them back to explain and ask that they send the correct cup. Since then, every time I call they promise to send it right out but never do. I emailed the president, Wayne Sosin, and received a reply from him stating that he would take care of the problem. That was three weeks ago and still no parts. Since I got the bike, I've made eight phone calls and sent three emails and nothing. They may have made good bikes at some point but now this company sucks. Buy American is seeming like more and more of a lost cause.

Worksman Cycles Junk

Don't believe what you read or hear about these bicycles. I bought one recently based on hours and hours of research for a good bicycle. I landed on Worksman Cycles . They claim to be the oldest bicycle company in the U.S. That may be true, but their product is of very poor quality. I can compare it to a $80 Huffy from Wal-Mart. Expect, Worksman charges over $400 for their junk! Please do not be fooled by their "Made in the USA" pitch. Their customer service people are rude and just plain lazy. They barely took the bike back and took more than 2 weeks to give me a refund. I ended up paying over $600 including all the shipping charges. Now, I bought a Nirve bicycle which is 100 times better than Worksman. "Made in USA" aint what it used to be. You are better off with a hand made bicycle made in Taiwan. Trust me.
