Vacations direct Usa Breach of contract

This company has promised us that they could find clients that would rent our time share property at Orlando, FLorida by marketing it for us and then they would offer it to interested clients who will pay us for the rent of our time share property. They've asked for a $995.00 one time registration fee with a 100% service or money back guarantee, but when we tried to follow-up and try to contact them, all the numbers listed in their website and in the contract we signed with them were all disconnected already. This company is really victimizing honest people like us and I hope that they get caught.

Vacations direct Usa fraud

I got scammed byVacations Direct usa...for 2017$! How they got my phone number to begin with? don't know. The seemed very legit and convincing in wanting to sell my timeshare. I've called more than 100 times, left over 40 e-mails in the past 3-6 months to no avail. I've called the authorities in Lake Mary after not being able to locate it on mapquest! False adress, answering machine telling they will call you back in order they recieve the calls, one return e-mail from a former employee of Mr. FABIAN FLEFIEL - [protected] telling me he's soory for the inconvinience...Guess what, no return calls or e-mail or voice mail box has been full for 1 month now...I keep trying every day, I hope they catch these robbers. Fla police and the BBB Board have had soooooooooooooo many complaints about Vacations direct usa. Have you tried their phone [protected], well just try and see if you get an answer.
Let's all make sure no one else gets fooled like so many like me. We come from all over...I don't usually trust and do business over the Net or Phone but being from Canada, it left me no choice and took a chance. The whole industry takes a hit! I'll never, never buy any vacations from any company ever again. For the 5-6 times that I did, I had a wonderful time in Fla, it only takes oone though to lose your trust for ever.

I need help! Unfortunately, I gave Vacations Direct USA $2, 090.00 to sell my two timeshares and now they have changed their phone number and I don't know how to contact them. I have emailed my complaint to the Better Business Bureau In Lake Mary and they will not respond either. My contract was up a month ago and when I was able to phone them to ask for my money back, the next day when I attempted to call back, the number was no longer working. I am afraid that this compnay is a scam and I will neither get my timeshares sold or my money back. Can someone give me advice?

Vacations Direct USA took my $995 and said they had buyers for my property in Las Vegas. I haven't heard from them since they took my money. I try calling them and all you get is an answering service saying all reps are busy and they will return your call in the order it was recieved and no one called me back. I try all hours of the day trying to reach them and I get the same recorded message. Don't let them take your money.

I was contacted by the firm in November 2017 to contract for timeshare weeks and point along with RCI Last Call trips. I signed an agreement with them thinking that this would help in using my points every year but with an option to sell. Within the following week I tried to contact them without success. I rescinded the contract by letter within the seven day grace period. After the firm received by letter to rescind the contract, they call begging me to give them a second chance which I did and regret it every moment ever since. Since early 2017 to now, I have tried to contact them by phone, e-mail, and certified letter without success. This firm has no right to be in business. It is very surprising some have received service from this company but many more have not. My contract was for $735 for one deeded week and several thousand points. I have the certified letter which was returned to me today as undeliveraqble in Lake Mary, Forida.

Vacations direct Usa SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Okay, be very careful before you give away your money to this company. They sound really good on the phone, making you believe their a Christian based company. There's a lot of people out there who use Christ as their crutch. Their so believable, it's scarey.

What they do is tell you how their going to market your timeshare and aggressively get it sold or rented in 90 day cycles. Ask them how they can prove to you how their marketing takes place. Have them email or fax you a signed document showing proof that they have the ability to sell or rent your timeshare. They haven't been in business for four years either. www.orlando.bbb.org that will show you that company was taken over by some Middle eastern's who are Rani, and Mark Harb. The company really just started from scratch back in the summer is 2008. Their using anything to make money for themselves, using good marketing tools to make you believe their simple brochures they send out to business people at conventions are going to market your timeshare aggressivley enough to make you money. These people are good at what they do, so beware! They will con you real well if your not careful. There hasnt been enough time that's gone by for people to start having real complaints because they just say, well we told you it might take up to a year or so to get it rented or sold. Yeah right. YOU'D BE LUCKY AND I MEAN LUCKY 777 IF YOU GOT ANYTHING OUT OF YOUR TIMESHARE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THE BIG CORPORATIONS ARENT GOING TO waste their time, nor have they. HAVE THEM PROVE TO YOU BY ONE SIMPLE CONTRACT THAT TOOK PLACE OF ONE CORPORATION THAT HAS RENTED FROM THEM. ASK THEM TO WHITE OUT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IF THEY TRY TO PULL SOME B.S THAT THEY HAVE TO PROTECT THE CONSUMERS RIGHTS. BE AWARE OF YOUR RIGHTS IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU UPFRONT ANYWHERE FROM $499- 1299. MOSTLY JUST $699, $799, AND $899 DEALS. THEIR SALES REP'S ARE RECIEVING COMMISSION ONLY THEREFORE THEY TRY TO GET YOU "SOLD" AT EVERY POSSIBLE ANGLE. GOOD LUCK. DONT BE FOOLISH, DONT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. THERE'S A MARK HARB, JEFF HARB, CARISSA, AND AMONG OTHERS.

I was contacted by this company about the sale of my timeshar. I was told I had to pay $2050.00 for title search and the closing would be within 30 to 60 days. The money was paid, I had my contract number and was waiting to hear from them. I called today to see what the status is on it and all the phone numbers have been changed. Scam... Scam... Sacm...

Please do not give your money to this company. I sign the contract under false pretenses. Matt Richards on their sales team told me after 90 days that if they didnt sell my properties I would get 100% of my money back. Well once I called them after my 90 days were up guess what they told me. THAT THE CONTRACT WAS NONREFUNDABLE! Their sales people lie! Even the Customer service manager Darren told me that Matt admitted that he told me that and they still didnt refund me my money. Just like the previous person who filed a complaint, the only customer service rep I usually get is Dillon. VERY RUDE! The only way we get updates is if I call. I have left multiple messages for the manager Darren and he still hasnt called me back. 1/22/10, I called again and spoke to another "Manager", again runaround and more lies. All they offered me is to lower the price of my timeshare so it will sell. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I just wanted my money back and they said nonrefundable again even though it states no where on the contract that it is NONREFUNDABLE! Please stay clear of this company. I am considering legal action myself and calling my credit card company to dispute charges since I was told refundable!

I thank you for the information ''lilian1226''. I also was a victim of these scandalous companies 2-4 times, including Vacation Direct USA. These companies contacted me told about a buyer, i gave them $2, 350.00 And nothing ever happened. I enrolled with Resort Recover just last month and already have received my cancellation letter from the resort and looking forward to a partial refund from the resort thanks to Resort Recover. Never the less the agents at Resort Recover are always there to answer any of my questions. Never again should anyone have to pay out to any scandalous companies. Thank you Resort Recover!

I used to work here. This place IS a scam. I quit soon after finding out that nothing is never sold, and Ranni sits backs and laughs on a pile of your money and his empty fruit cups.

I repeat, if you give your money to this company, you will loose it. They are nothing but a big fat scam.

Ask to speak with Fabian and ask him how many people he has ripped off.
