Trinity Custom Homes cares nothing about the customerS nor the subcontractors that work for them. They are forcing me to file labor liens on houses that I have provided labor on.
Jerry Bobak has called me a smart-### for inquiring about a labor bill that wasn't paid.
He, by the way is one of the owners along with Calvin Walling. They like to portray themselves as managers instead of owners just to pass the buck I suppose so don't fall for it.
Jerry Bobak and his office staff are liars, they have lied to me on several occasions in the past.
I've read several other complaints about them and they won't be in business for long. I just hope I can get my money before they go belly up.
BE AWARE AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I am giving notice that the complaint against TCH filed on this site on 10/08/09 by Jim Green has been satisfied.
As far as I am concerned there is no other problems for me to report on this company.

As Georgia's largest scatterd lot home builder we are proud of our policy not to pay subcontractors who fail to keep their workmans comp and general liability current (as soon as Jim Green provided proof of his insuranse he was overnited a check) which places the customer and Trinity Custom Homes at risk. We will continue to protect our customers at any and all cost including misrepresentation.

I have heard the same complaint from several subs who are friends of mine.They will no longer work for Trinity Homes or Bobak because they pay their bills months late and then do not pay in full.Buyer beware!
